At the heart of operations is Ange Barany, a Cordon Bleu Chef with over 20 yrs experience in event management. Ange is an Industry Leader and the heart and soul behind Joy&Joy. With a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience and a passion for bringing people together with food, Angela and her team of professionals execute culinary brilliance time and time again for every occasion.

Ange believes in simple food made well and never fails to deliver quality, quantity and deliciousness. Her favourite saying is “EAT, EAT, EAT”

Lizzy Tanner – Manager

3 years down the track - Lizzy is an integral member of Joy&Joy. She brings her experience of all things events and is our Event Manager for our large scale events. Her finesse for building and encouraging our team is outstanding. 

Alyn Morris – Head Chef jo&Joy Catering

Alyn Morris – Head Chef

Alyn is the backbone of the kitchen team, priding himself in creating incredible menus striving for excellence in all that he does. He has been a chef for almost 20 years and brings his extensive experience to Joy&Joy.  

His most recent position was at Hemingway’s Brewery in 2020 - Executive Chef - Port Douglas & Cairns, Queensland and before specialising in catering at Heyder & Shears Exclusive Catering

Sous Chef – Perth, Western Australia for over 10 years. 

Known as Cheffy to many, he is a beloved member of the team. 

  Alex Dunn – Apprentice Chef

Alex Dunn – Chef

Alex has been with Joy&Joy for almost 2 years now. As our second year apprentice, Alex prides herself in having excellent organisational and cooking skills in our fast paced kitchen. Alex most recently was awarded second place in the 2022 World skills cookery competition held at the brand new tafe Robina campus.

With 4 years experience in the hospitality industry - working in Geraldton, her home city also working during the winter season in Canada.

Zaac Gower

Zaac has been with Joy & Joy since Christmas 2022. He is an integral part of the team and prides himself in his attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Zaac has worked in hospitality industry since he was 19 and has a great can-do attitude. Previously worked at ‘The Barn’ under Head Chef Richard Burt (Fellini
His favourite thing to cook is ‘All things Italian’
He also loves the outdoors and rock climbing
